As recruitment experts with over 50 years of combined experience, we specialise in helping people fulfil their vocation in life and at work, as well as providing ongoing support to businesses as they grow and change over time. Our consultative approach ensures this, as we come to understand the businesses of our clients and match them with candidates that suit the available role, as well as the culture of the company.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR / OWNER
Richard Ward
Richard started out in Banking before making the leap into Recruitment more than two decades ago — a move that quickly became his long‑term passion. He's known for his dedication to customer service and his determination to go above and beyond for everyone he works with, whether that's a candidate looking for their next step or a client needing the right person for their team.
When he's not working, Richard loves spending time with his family, catching up with friends and heading out with his two Working Cocker Spaniels, Lily and Loulou. He is also a keen gardener and if he's not doing any of that, he's probably on holiday — he never misses a chance to escape for a bit of sunshine and a change of scenery.

Tia Robinson
Tia jumped into recruitment straight from school, completing an Apprenticeship and working across a couple of sectors before discovering her true passion in New Homes Recruitment. Known for being approachable, honest and genuinely invested in helping people find the right fit, she's now focused on growing RSR Recruitment into a standout name in the UK property market.
When she's not matching brilliant people with brilliant opportunities, Tia's usually out with friends, exploring new places with her partner, or being followed around by her Miniature Dachshund, Cookie, who's convinced she's the real boss of the business. She's also a big fan of holidays to Greece — her happy place for sunshine, good food and beach days. That same energy and enthusiasm always finds its way back into the work she loves.
