Experienced Customer Care Coordinator

Due to continued growth, one of our clients is looking for someone to join their team to manage their own clients providing excellent customer service along with the Customer Service Team.

The Role

Being the initial point of contact for clients. Arrange inspections/quotes as applicable; schedule the relevant skillset; contact the Hoem Owners to make appointments; source materials/plant
Check stores for materials and place orders where necessary, providing purchase order numbers to suppliers
Manage instructions, update all aspects on the in-house  database as well as regular updates to the clients, planning and prioritising work in order to meet targets and deadlines
Answering telephone calls from clients and homeowners, adding details to instructions and updating the database
Issuing clear instructions prior to works and checking in with operatives on a daily basis
Manage a high volume of emails in a timely manner ensuring deadlines are met
Prepare weekly trackers to be shared with clients
General administration duties including writing letters/emails to customers and  occupants
Check operatives day sheets - collating work orders, day sheets, receipts for invoicing purposes

The ideal candidate will have:

3 years EXPERIENCE of dealing with customers in New Build Customer Care or the Construction Industry
experience working in a busy and fast-paced office
previous experience working with clients, engineers and dealing with residents
a confident telephone manner and a sense of humor would be an advantage
have strong communication skills and be able to cope with a high volume of calls and emails in a timely manner delivering targets
have a positive and flexible approach to work
have the ability to multi-task
have good problem-solving skills
