New Homes Sales Executive - £22/27k basic salary £50k plus OTE

One of our clients is recruiting for a New Homes Sales Executive to work on development in Wiltshire.

We are looking for people that thrive off achieving their sales targets, in line with monthly & quarterly targets. Ensuring that the customer journey is seamless & enjoyable.

 

Duties & Responsibilities  -

  • Managing customer enquiries via a range of methods, including on the phone, email & online.
  • Ensuring that you advise customers of the benefits of the product.
  • Supporting customers through the entire purchasing process, providing the customer with transparency on those processes.
  • See the sales process through from initial enquiry, to reservation through to completion.
  • Take full ownership & pride in your site.
  • Complete weekly sales reports for your Sales Manager.
  • Be able to work alone, independently on your site.

 

New Homes Sales experience would be an advantage, but if you come from an estate agency background or a strong sales & customer service driven background, we would still like to hear from you.
