One of our clients are recruiting for a New Homes Sales Consultant to work on development in NW London
Our client has a requirement for a talented New Homes Sales Profession to join them.
Working on a 7 day day rota basis with generally one weekend off each month. 9am to 5pm core hours.
Experience in selling shared ownership property would be an advantage.

They have completed some brilliant new homes sales work over the years, turning beautiful sales suites into customer experiences that people remember, share and tell their friends about. Having the right space and the right people is critical - it’s all part of a seamless customer journey that starts with the sales and marketing strategy.

Making sure you understand how they sell and market is critical to making them work and it’s just as important to ensure their market understand how they work and how this benefits them. You need to live and breathe their values with everyone who comes into contact with their business, so they can develop honest, collaborative relationships with their customers that drive results.
Every day they have customers looking to buy, sell, rent, let and invest into new homes. The market is currently very buoyant and they are looking for people who can ensure they are at the forefront of this busy marketplace.
The role is varied and requires flexibility, but here is a flavour of the day-to-day duties:
· Talking to purchasers and getting a deep understanding of their requirements
· Arranging and conducting viewings
· Encouraging viewers to offer candid feedback
· Negotiating offers
· Requires extensive knowledge of local properties and other developments for sale (the competition)
· Daily & Weekly reporting
· Progressing sales to a successful exchange and completion
· Diary management
· Meeting with buyers face-to- face to discuss requirements
· Attending daily/weekly meetings
The good, the bad & the ugly
From detailing latest sales and listings to discussing how to handle that overbearing client, they will share everything! They also keep everyone updated on the progress of the business – what they have been doing, how their plans are progressing, and what’s brewing on the horizon.
