New Homes Sales Adviser - £28k basic salary £55k plus OTE

One of our clients are recruiting for a New Homes Sales Adviser to work on development in Wokingham.

We are looking for dynamic & customer-driven New Homes Sales Advisers to join one the UK's most recognisable housing developer brands. You could have come from a range of backgrounds, so long as you have the flare to deliver results in a fast-paced sales environment.

Duties & Responsibilities  -

• Managing customer enquiries via a range of methods, including on the phone, email & online.
• Provide in-person demonstrations of the product.
• Ensuring that you advise customers of the benefits of the product, whilst building a great rapport with them.
• Supporting customers through the entire purchasing process, providing the customer with transparency on those processes.
• See the sales process through from initial enquiry, to reservation through to completion.
• Work well as part of a team to reach a common goal of achieving your sales targets.
• Build relationships with the various internal & external teams.
• Keeping up to date with market conditions & legal legislation.

Skills required  -

• Great influencer with excellent communication skills
• A self starter
• Great with IT
• The ability to be flexible, willing to work weekends
• Hold a full driving licence

New Homes Sales experience would be an advantage, but if you come from an estate agency background or a strong sales & customer service driven background, we would still like to hear from you.
